So, you’re thinking of becoming a digital nomad?

According to the Harvard Business Review, this non-traditional work style has increased by 49% since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020. With employees no longer tied to their offices, many have decided to create a true work/life balance and have set out to explore the world.

Thinking of venturing out on your own and seeing what it’s like to just have you to consider? Or are you finally saying “f-it” after numerous girls trips turn to no trip following colorful excuses and friends backing out one by one?

Visiting a new destination and all that it encompasses is exciting such as indulging in new foods, going on adventures, and immersing yourself in the culture. Yet, the thought of speaking in a foreign language to ask for something or engage with the locals can be intimidating, however, it shouldn’t stop you.

As someone who travels full-time, I have much experience with travel rentals. I mean, I’ve rented 30 places within the last year and a half. Apart from my checklist, I focus on getting the best deal, so negotiating the terms of my next home is a necessary part of the process.
